We came to Glendale Falls on a day when the water was running hard, pouring through layered stone like it had always known the route. From the first step in, the sound took over — pulling us down along the gorge where mist lifted in and out of the heat and everything felt in motion.
We followed the edges slowly, skipping rocks into the rush below as they disappeared instantly into the current. XB eventually climbed up higher for a view from above, while also finding a faint path tucked into the landscape that led to a small cave — one of those hidden pockets that makes the whole place feel layered with small, quiet discoveries.
There’s also a personal thread here for us, as XB’s sister would later get engaged at Glendale Falls, adding another layer of meaning to a place already tied to memory and time.
This print holds onto that day — the force of the water, the stacked stone, and those small tucked-away treasures that make the landscape feel alive beyond just what you see at first glance.

Once you receive your print, just unroll it and let it relax out of the tube. If there’s any curling, a couple of heavyweight books will do the trick!
