Handmade paper with fine point ink
Made from scraps of everyday life pressed into handmade paper, this piece reflects my fascination with monsteras and the comfort of always wanting them nearby. The drawing invites the viewer to slow down + really sit with the leaves — tracing the curves, textures, and swiss-cheese-like openings that make each one completely unique. Like markings on an animal, no two leaves form the same way, becoming a quiet reflection on individuality, growth, and the small differences that make living things feel so distinct from one another.

Each piece is created on handmade paper formed from recycled and found materials collected within our small school bus studio. No two sheets are ever the same — each carries its own texture, imperfections, and subtle variations that come directly from the process of making and living on the road. These works are intentionally left unaltered to preserve the integrity of the paper and the hand-crafted nature of each piece.Each print comes framed in its original frame, with care taken to protect and preserve the work during handling and display.
