Hands dow n the coolest cafeteria ever! Tons of Vermont beers on tap with the most delicious beef brisket melt I've had. Food had burritos, to flatbreads and even warm apple cider doughnuts with local ice cream. You order at the counter, but they'll reserve your table for you while you wait, super cool idea. Indoor space had a warm inviting feel surrounded by wood and bustling with people on a Tuesday evening.
As well as outdoor space with bar ledges overlooking the mountain scape with heaters on for the chilly fall evenings. Plus they support tons of local farms from the surrounding areas.
