Smack dab in the heart of Japantown in San Francisco, Ramen Yamadaya serves up creative takes on classic Japanese cuisine. The ramen bowl was fantastic, and had both vegetarian and meat options. A surefire way to warm up your tummy on a rainy Monday afternoon in the city. Inside the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Right in the middle of the room, is a long family table where you dine on the ground. Surrounding the table are tall booths with plenty of room for you and your friends. Not only do they make incredible ramen, their bar menu includes several saki centered cocktails, as well your classic tropical fare. Delicious Ramen, creative drinks, best of all perched above the city with a view looking out, what's not to like?
